My bucket list....

So because the autumn does not come here in full swing like i grew so accustomed to in Kansas City, i was yearning for a visit north...where at least there are trees and views, nature and places for picnics.

it was on my bucket list...i have some things that i want to do here in Jordan. take a family trip to a new place/ be in nature was one of them.

why? because i want this little arabia to LOVE adventures. and mud. and woods.

BUT...just when i was trying to convince drew that we would need to rent a car and try and find a place to go so we could make a family memory... out-of-the-blue our language school announces that for anyone interested they are taking a day trip up north and anyone is welcome to go for a day in the woods.

I was elated. a trip i did not even have to arrange the details for...humdillallah!

i convinced the de mans and whites to come along for some fun, and i am so glad we did. it was so fun to break up the routine of studying, visiting, memorizing, class and just relax and eat and be together and walk around with our babies and laugh and make memories.

I forget how much nature soothes me and invigorates me...everytime we find a place like this in jordan, i never ever want to leave. i can't get enough time in the woods here.
