beach in october

pretty crazy that we get to still go to the beach in october. sigh. that is what living

on the mediterianian will get you...days of beach in october. bliss.

as we settled back into our life here, family day is always a favorite. what memory, what moment, what adventure are we going to have today? just us and the great wide openess of opportunity...

the temperature was perfect. the beach was not crowded. the sea was sparkling and we could see little fish swimming around our feet.

the sand was amazing. baba was showing claire how to really build fortresses.

she worked hard and then would want to experience it herself!

so grateful for family. for beaches. for sunshine and sand. for laughter and what concentration looks like on a 22 month old face. for the beauty and vastness of the sea and how it soothes and calls to the deep places of my heart. so so grateful.
