easter celebration

we have grown up. our little family here has really grown up. we have come a long way from our first days in Jordan where we were trying to make Melanie's first Birthday dinner of fajitas and guacamole and a chocolate cake ( e for effort, but not for taste). our first parties we ran out of food. or just ate barely enough to not be hungry. ha !

but not now. we have arrived. Sarah had a birthday party this weekend and talk about rockin it, this crew came through. fancy stuffed mushrooms, chicken/avocadoe salad, brushetta and real deal onion rings with ranch.

but that is not the point. the point is two days later we turned around and did it again. we made a fancy-nancy easter brunch. and slammed it again. so fun.

we had a grand time just hanging out and then, of course, played a round of easter mafia. where we added a character that rose from the dead, if killed. it happened and it was awesome. but the glory of the game came to the final round with Rem, Ryan, Drew and i. and me, little mare mare had to convince one of these great brains that one of the others was mafia to win the game.

and convince them i did. i won. it was a huge victory for me.
