dog lovers.

well it is official i have three crazy crazy dog lovers.

 And let me just applaud 'Merica cause there are dogs everywhere. clean dogs. dogs you can pet. and talk to their owners. Let's just say my girls are in heaven.

 Some sweet moments this year was watching Layla walk Meg at night. We would wait all day for the weather to cool down just a bit and then the girls would get their shoes on and take Meg for a walk. It was so fun to see how grown up Lulu felt and how happy she was. She would giggle and run and get swept into the moment with her gigi and meg by her side.



 Hope was a nutso. She would laugh with such an excited/ scared/ overwhelmed way that it was hard to tell if she was loving it or overwhelmed. But oh no, she wanted to touch, to pet, to be close to the dogs. One of our long days of jet lagging, she was insisting to be everywhere meg was. oooooofff. Meg was running off to get some space from the over excited one year old, but this exhausted babe would not have it. She chased and yelled and cried until one of us found meg and displayed her for tooter. I thought to myself , " this better die down" .

and it did.







 but it was so sweet to watch the girlies love animals so much and get so much time with meg and then Hank and Anna. Layla even wanted to go visit Nellie and Hector for her date with my sister ( thanks Daniel and Pearce!)
