Halloween
The party that
kicks off our fall/winter festivities…is exciting!
Even if we are still wearing tank tops and shorts in our
home, it let’s us know that things are
shifting and launches us into the months of holidays and birthdays.
We wanted to do a Peter Pan theme- Layla as a mermaid,
Sophia as Wendy, and baby Hope as tinkerbell…but when sparkly beautiful mermaid
costume came in the mail for Layla, I knew we were going to have a problemo.
So we had two
mermaids and a tink. Not quite the neverland we were going for but still so
fun.
The girls flittered
around while I decorated and gasped, exclaimed and noticed every.single.detail.
This makes all the effort of celebration worth it to me.
