extra help...

So, true to my dreams and predictions...having sara around makes this very social mama happy. it means that packing up a 7 month old and 2 1/2 year old ain't no thing.  it means beach. it means playgrounds. it means i take layla to the park while sophia is napping.

it means that when people ask if i can connect/hang out i barely have to think. the answer can almost always be "yes" because i have help. it is awesome.

this was a fun little picnic at the park with the sisters!

 our grocery store put on a "summer fiesta" that was so fun

 and someone had her face painted for the very first time...

of course we showed Sara our favorite restaurant and the amazing downtown...

we planned in some dates nights and times with different couples...so much fun

and then there is the beach...

 

     having sara meant:
going on a road trip with the kopkes to see a cool new city (without kids!!!)
 going on dates nights
getting to go to the beach whenever i wanted
getting to do a bible study on the beach with one of my friends
getting to volunteer at a prison clinic and at a university clinic
taking a close friend out to lunch to celebrate her coming wedding
going to a wedding and staying out until 1 am
going to a bachelorette party and staying out until 2:30 am
getting to go see Melanie while she was sick..sara watched my girls...
a few random shopping trips in the middle of the day ( without kids!)
cooking whenever i wanted ( not timing it with naps. ha!)
getting to have people over no matter what time of the day it was ( usually during nap time)
taking both girls to the grocery store

  let's just say it has been a full month and we feel SO blessed that Sara would come and love on our girls and serve us!!! it has been awesome!
