the Arndts take portland..

yes, it is a little like muppets take manhattan. we are a crew. a crew of very loud, silly, loving, musical, bonded individuals.
We decided to do an outing to portland the day after the wedding...we left the house at 4 pm. =) it took us awhile to get moving the day after the wedding.

Portland was so cool. do diverse and filled with natural beauty every place you turned. lined with shops full of personality and families walking everywhere. or dogs. it was a dog wonderland for a little certain someone.

no one can stick out there. you have literally every type of person.


We explored a few spots and just took in the sights and sounds. Uncle Eric was the primary carrier of choice this day...

but of course we had to get some Aunt Ryn time...


you never get as far with a 1 1/2 year old, but i think my family was just fine playing with this toot...








one thing that i have always loved about having a big family...and trust me this really comes into play with an extrovert...is always having someone to talk to...and as we walk around, i can just move from sibling to sibling to chat, joke around and just people watch with...


and there is nothing more special than watching people you love so much loving on your little bear...
