We packed in a full week as we explored near and far all over Bavaria....
Julia took us girls to an old watch tower where Knights formerly kept watch for the King...
Their view from the top. It was quite the adventure as we climbed up pitch dark stairs with two 4 year olds and i held my two year old who was clutching me tightly. But getting to the top was worth it!
Every place we visited was honestly enchanting... this is just one of their friends yards...
The farmer's market in meningen:

It was raining but still so charming!
Then Drew, Stephan, My dad , Hope and I headed off to a hike in the Alps.

It was incredible weather and breathtaking..
once we reached a certain height we were surprised to find a german restaurant with speciality german foods and music...so of course we had to stop for Apple streusel and beer...
and then it was our pleasure to take these tobagen-roller- coaster type of amazingness down the mountain! it was a blast!!
