getting ready for number 2

we can't believe that we only have two more months until our little baby girl is going to come meet us!!!

we love the name Sophia Nour...so here is a frequent conversation.

"claire where is baby nour?" and she points to my belly.

then she says " ba-ba, no. " clarifying that ba-ba does indeed not have a baby nour in his belly. (this took lots of talking through)

then she says "baby, no" and waves her little index finger for no. clarifying that she, baby layla does not have a baby nour in her tummy. smart kid.


we went through baby clothes and fall clothes and she was SO cute.



and then i thought i would just post a few pregnancy pics...took me a while to get some. sometimes i cant imagine what it will be like to be a family of four, and other times i just get so excited. i really think we were made for this...this family thing. =)







i am day dreaming of tiny baby breath near my cheeks, of snuggling for hours as she sleeps on me, of feeding and waking and the whole sha-bang and how precious those firsts are...
