busy travels.

January was filled with amazing moments. i have been terrible at recording them here, but my heart is keeping a record. a record of late nights, deep heart connects, laughter, dancing, watching claire meet new friends and just feeling more and more of God's presence in our lives.

i have been soaking in the love and crazy generosity of our families and friends. People making us gourmet food, treating us to eat wherever and whatever we like, watching claire, letting us share homes with them and so on...it has been a wild month, completely void of schedule or routine. but full of sharing the amazing things we are seeing God do, and deep refreshing, water-to-my-soul connects. sigh.

i have not taken nearly enough picutures, but i thought i could show a few snapshots...

this is hazel teitsort. a dynamo. she had us laughing from minute one of meeting her. we have to get more time with her!

we had a KC reunion with some of my most amazing friends. oh how i love them!

seen so much over the past two years how leading with these dudes ( minus my dear husband) prepared me to prosper in the Middle East - so much love in my heart for these mighty men!

we had the joy of staying with the Coxes. Lili, Selah and Claire were fascinated, each in their own way, with each other! =)

...and then we had the endres. Benjamin is just 5 weeks older than Claire. They played together SO well, and megan and i had so much fun just getting hours and hours to catch up. we were roomates once again...

and then claire just sat and took in her first bizzard. she loved it. ( but then we were in a house with central heat!)

but soon stripped down to her outfit-of-choice!

we feel so loved, so blessed, and so filled by God and all our loved ones!
